Itinerary description
Great high altitude trek traveling just over 100k from Rumtse to Karzog (Tso Moriri)
Crossing over multiple passes with lots of side tracks available for those with the energy :)
We were also very lucky to spend an evening with a family of Tibetan Nomads at the base of Kyamayuri La. Traditional salty, butter tea, dal rice & goats cheese.
For anyone interested in doing this Trek without a guide. During the high season there is a small serviced camp at Tso Kar where your able to buy simple supplies.

Hi @damianlivesey, thanks so much for uploading the GPS data. We are hoping to do this trek in a couple of weeks and have found many trek descriptions, but little info on water availability. Do you remember how easily water was available throughout the trek/any tips? Thanks a lot!
