Hi,
if you like extraordinary nature to be explored by hiking hundereds of steep steps (slippery and muddy when wet) - go for it!
If you're afraid of heights and if you have aching knees and ankles - leave it!!!!
Don't forget your swimsuit (hot pools in the river, breathtaking Titou-Canyon where you start and end) and your wind/rainjacket, as it might blow you away on several exposed parts.
