It is a very easy route that passes through the forests of Ounasvaara near Rovaniemi. Here is a ski resort where you can practice in winter: skiing, mountain and alpine skiing, snowboarding and springboard jumps. In summer: hiking, mountain biking, Nordic walking or family walks. There are a lot of paths that pass through these pine and spruce woods (spruce). The underbrush is a carpet of cranberries. We can choose the route that best suits our possibilities when it comes to distance as the slope is not considerate if we discard to go up the north. At the highest part there are beautiful views to the rivers Kemijoki and Ounaskoski and towards the city of Rovaniemi.
