Itinerary description

Important note: first part of the route (from the paved road to the trek start waypoint) was done by car, thanks to an unexpected miracle of local mountain bikers, that appeared all of a sudden and agreed to bring us up with their Toyota beast (thanks a LOT, guys).
Definitely would never recommend to make this part by yourself as it is very steep and not scenic at all.

The trek finishes in the middle of Juta road as we came across an Italian couple driving towards Stepantsminda. Grazie mille and God bless hitchhiking :)

In general, would definitely recommend this route, moderately difficult but incredibly scenic. We made it in three days, but it can be easily made in two (starting from Roshka village, not from the road).
There are perfect camp places near the lakes before the ascend and couple of hours after the descend.

Enjoy and make sure you follow the correct route to the peak as it easy to follow the path to the White lake but the ascend from there seems to be literally vertical.
