Itinerary description
Quite a challenging route, though views over the hills, A8 and petit villages are great. A lot of up and downs. I skipped the last 3km and walked the last 5km on paved road. I wasnt fit, but you can find the full 20km also on Wikiloc.Highlight was the cemeterio in Lousa. The part Freixeira - Lousa is lovely with a dog.
