Itinerary description
This is a nice trail of less than 4 hours. There are not many areas that give shelter from the sun, which starts to be rather warm at around 8am.
Close to the 3 roches there is the only bar (km 5.1) where food and drinks can be ordered. After 3 roches you are going to walk next to the river for a few kms. In this area there are plenty of natural pools to refresh from the warm weather. The last chance to get into a natural pools comes before the climb to Marla (km 7.3)
