I have followed this trail  View more

There is two sides to this route.
Ot starts out easy. Well indicated, many waypoints... maybe to many.
But... when you go up to the ridge at the trails highest point, to about 8km on the track, it completely dissapears.
I guess it would have been better to follow along the ridge then to follow the track.
We got lost in nowhereland, and hiked across the fields where no trail was.
When we got back to what the track was supposed to be, it was for a short while again.
Here again the track makes no sense. There is no trail or path.
Just going cross country through the fields down hill.
    Through forrest, with no trail.
It looks like the was no connection setting up this route, at this part. So we just went along and found our way home. But not the way i would have liked to.
The scenery is great. But the trail makes no sense

Pauls, respectfully, if you want a clearly defined trail the whole way stick to Ala-Kol and Son Kol. Kyrgyzstan is a wild mountain landscape where you can wander endlessly in unending mountains - that comes with a little bushwhacking sometimes.
