Itinerary description
Lovely walk in Riserva naturale dello Zingaro. Going north along the seaside and south on the higher path, through Borgo Cusenza. One longer steep climb halfway, otherwise easy going. Beautiful nature views all around, lots of interesting plants and flowers. A few small museums (not open year round) and a cave with archaeological remains on the seaside section. NB the entrance to the park is charged 5 euro per person.

The difficulty was determined by the temperature. Above 32 degrees, we had to turn around before the turning point. The track up was not as well maintained as the track alongside the sea. Overall a very beautiful trip!
