Rio Seco and Rio Pereilas, Coin (Málaga)

This route starts and ends at the Ginger Pig Gastro Pub in the Cortijo Benitez area of Coin, and ending here gives us the opportunity to enjoy some of their delicious tapas after the walk.

This route will take you along the banks of the Rios Seco and Pereilas until you reach the ‘Toblerone Bridge’ where you will take to the road for a short while uphill before turning onto the track that leads back to the river.
You then return along the river banks back to the Ginger Pig for well deserved drink.
This is an easy walk, but in many places the ground is very stony, so I would recommend a good pair of walking boots.

Directions: Leave coin on the A356 Ronda Road and after 1.8 kms from the Centro de Salud (Health centre) turn right into the Ginger Pig car park.
