Itinerary description
A beautiful river trail. From Fabrica Luz Torrox.
It was very overgrown and difficult to make your way through the canes. Walking poles help with stability, you can not see the depth of the water but generally not more than knee high. Lots of water pools and waterfalls. There is at least another 3km of this trail from where we turned back. Lots of scrambling a little climbing and lots of bending under the canes. It was a slow pace due to terrain, so be prepared with water and snacks , especially if you plan to go further up the river.
