Itinerary description

This trail forms a loop with the final part overlapping the initial one. The starting and finishing point is in the carpark of Flor de Fontela restaurant; most of the trail runs under dense forest, close to the Rio Coura. The trail is difficult because the ground is sometimes slippery, due to the fallen leaves, also because it includes two river crossings and a steep climb following the second one.
