Itinerary description
Walk along Rio Colorado passing several waterfalls and finishing at largish waterfall. Beautiful scenery throughout. Walk rated moderate as quite a bit of scrambling up rocks and crossing river required so need fitness and agility. I parked in Cafayate and walked to the trailhead as fancied a longer walk - you can park next to the trailhead or take a taxi which would reduce the length considerably. Overall fun and beautiful walk.
