2-8-2018. Η διαδρομή αρχίζει από την αφετηρία των lift 5 kmper;ipoy NA από το χωριό Πανίτσιστε (Panichishte - Паничище) . Υπάρχουν δύο επιλογές για να φτάσει κανείς μέχρι το κατάλυμα "Οι 7 Λίμνες της Ρίλα" (xижа "7-те Рилски Езера"). Με τα lift που είναι καρεκλάκια ή από τον χωματόδρομο δίπλα στην αφετηρία των lift με αγροτικά από οδηγούς της περιοχής. Επιλέχθηκε η 2η λύση λόγω αναμενόμενης καταιγίδας το μεσημέρι. Ο χωματόδρομος είναι σε πολύ άσχημη κατάσταση (θυμίζει περισσότερο κοίτη χειμάρρου πάρα δρόμο) και είναι καλύτερο κάποιος να χρησιμοποιήσει τα lift αν δεν αναμένεται βροχή. Με τα αγροτικά φτάνουμε στο καταφύγιο - κατάλυμα. Εκεί μπορούμε να ακολουθήσουμε κυκλική διαδρομή ξεκινώντας δεξιά και ανηφορίζοντας προς την λίμνη Νεφρό. Συνεχίζουμε ανηφορίζοντας προς την λίμνη Μάτι αφού περάσουμε πρώτα ένα καταρράκτη. Συνεχίζουμε προς την λίμνη Δάκρυ και το ψηλότερο σημείο απ όπου φαίνονται οι λίμνες . Δυστυχώς η πυκνή ομίχλη και η βροχή που είχε αρχίσει δεν επέτρεπε να δούμε πέρα από τα 10 μέτρα. Επιστρέφουμε στην λίμνη Νεφρό και λόγω της καταρρακτώδους βροχής αποφασίσαμε να επιστρέψουμε απο το ίδιο μονοπάτι. Αν θέλει κανείς να περάσει από όλες τις λίμνες πρέπει στην λίμνη Νεφρό να πάει ανατολικά (δεξιά ) και να προχωρήσει προς τις λίμνες Δίδυμος, Τριφύλλι, την λίμνη των Ψαριών και την Χαμηλή λίμνη και να καταλήξει στο καταφύγιο από άλλο δρόμο. επιστροφή με αγροτικά στην αρχή των lift.
