Itinerary description
A long day out starting at Pian Falzarego parking and climbing to Rifugio Lagazuoi with a long detour from Forcella Travenanzes around the towers of Forcella Gasser Depot. Before reaching Forcella Col dei Bos i took a short detour for a better view of the Tofana mountain chain. From Forcella Travenanzes I took trail 20B which circles the Lagazuoi towers. It is a very narrow trail, a bit exposed on one or two points on its western side (on the way back towards the rifugio). The views are magnificent all around the trail: the Tofana at the begining, Lagazuoi towers from Forcella Col dei Bos, on Forcella Gasser Depot and from rifugio Lagazuoi.
