Itinerary description
The real length is about 10.5 km for the loop. The GPS always exaggerates. We had to go slow, because there was a lot of water.
We've done it after a day of heavy rain and there was a lot of water. Impossible not to get our feet wet. The trail is beautiful and there's a stunning waterfall. There's a bit of easy scrambling, mainly because it had rained and we were trying to keep our feet dry.
Because there was so much water, we went back through the road. A pity.
Don't miss the Kavousi gorge that's not too far from this one (about 30 km distance). We did both on the same day.

Is it possible to drive to the beach with a normal car or do you need a 4x4 ? Is it an asphalt road ? Is it extremely steep ?
We were walking and I don't remember the road well enough to answer your questions. Sorry.
