Itinerary description
From the road you walk into the crater. When you reach the bottom of the crater, you will walk alongside it dot about a quarter of the crater. From these you take a small path up. This path you will follow for a long while. A small climb up and a long way down from there. The gps die nog really follow the path, but it is hard to miss.
After about 9 km you can choose to take the road to the right. This will lead to a steep climb and steep descent. When you legs are tired already, just keep following the road.
