Itinerary description

This trail begins in Böggvistaðadalur, Dalvík and leads to the bottom of the valley, over mountain pass Heiðarskarð and down Heiðardalur valley ending on mountain road Lágheiði. There are two rivers to wade, otherwise the trail is easy but long.
