Itinerary description
We started from the refugee of M. Nikolaou and headed to the top of the mountain. The path follows an old dirt road and after 1.4km the path to the top is starting and is well signed by red and yellow signs.
After 500m (at 1.300m height) the slope of the ground is steep and may require some help of the hands to climb but not something difficult for someone with good physical condition.
The last 500m (at 1.600m height) is easier to walk but require to be more careful due to the rocks.
Be sure to have with you:
- hiking boots
- 1.5lt of water
- some power snacks
