Itinerary description

This is the longer and considerably more rewarding version as it takes u through the whole kaleidescope of pyrenean colours and landscapes including beautiful forests and flower meadows to bleak and daunting rocky passes, glimmering lakes, Vast sheep pastures and as a real treat a scramble to an easy summit for superb views. If u start up by col du portaulet then this walk is more a family walk (though oñly for bigger kids) and is hr half shorter. Otherwise it's quite a long and tough walk with significant elevation gain.
