Start in Black Valley via Curraghmore Lake up Back Ladder col and then north along Reeks Ridge to Cnoc Cumeenapaesta. Descend north-west down Cumeenapaesta Ridge to Lake and from there direct to Cronins Yard. 10km - 1100m ascent.
