Itinerary description
Incredibly picturesque route! Easy and accessible to almost everyone, including children and dogs. Ascent is so gradual that it's barely noticeable, benches every 100 meters, two picnic points (no fireplace) - one at the beginning and the other close to the end of the route, some fountains with drinkable mountain water and lots of birding spots so be kind to bring some bread if you like. Climbing facilities for those who're into rock climbing.
If you decide to bring your little ones you might consider choosing the wooden path at the fork of Cami Ral since the rough and narrow track stretches along unprotected steep cliff, it's also not recommended in wet weather.
There's a bus line L6 Ordino - Andorra la Vella which goes through La Massana (1,90€ it was) in case you don't feel like walking back. I savoured this amazing route really slowly, you'll probably make it there in 2'5 hours maximum.
ENJOY
