Itinerary description
Beautiful walk starting from and ending at the Biogradska Gora visitor centre (EUR 3 per person to enter the park). The loop around the glacial lake, although a little cultivated and frequented by weekend visitors, is still really worth doing, in particular the middle part crossing the wetlands. The hike up to Lanista and back is very quiet, on the other hand, and offers some amazing panoramas en route. There are a couple of meadows across which you have to find your way to the path at the other end, but if you follow the trail on your smartphone or ipad (as I did), it can hardly go wrong. There are also a couple of cattle gates along the hike; please make sure to close these behind you. We found the hike relatively easy (45p, 11,19km, 374m(+), 380m(-) & 6,5%/25%(+) according to IBP). Beware in case it has just rained, though, as many paths are quite narrow and muddy, and the ramps can be quite steep. If you suffer from serious vertigo, you may want to avoid doing this hike.

Easy
Nice trail, not well marked (or marked at all) in some points, specially when you leave the forest. The trail is supposed to go through the fences where you'll find some small houses and sheds. Go right in the middle of it and you'll find your trail. There were some shepard dogs set loose, but as the owner saw us, he called them and locked them. They were very excited (not in a good way) to see us, might have attacked us if they weren't locked as we were passing close tho the sheeps, so pay attention.

Moderate
Very enjoyable trail, peaceful and quite well mark except one passage on the way back as mentioned in the previous comment, but following with GPS will make it easy.
Trail is easy, I put moderate cause you can't really do it with young children.
Thanks MGB83 for this and the pics :)
Beau parcours , montée en douceur juste un peu plus raide en arrivant sur les "chalets".Très belle randonnée.
Merci beaucoup pour votre évaluation !
