Itinerary description
Beautiful hike around Bovec, offering great mountain views, river crossings and rural landscapes. The hike is signposted relatively clearly, and small variations can easily be introduced. Relatively easy (but the heat played a role) for those in reasonable shape (43p, 13,64km, 237m(+), 254m(-) & 5,0%/22%(+) according to IBP), and not too steep anywhere. By the way, probably better to start the hike in or close to Bovec.
Attention: apparently the bridge across the Soča is being rebuilt during the summer of 2021.

Dejlig tur, MEN broen over Soča floden kan IKKE bruges! Vores tur blev derfor noget anderledes på det sidste stykke ind mod Bovec.
Vi gik turen "med uret" rundt.
Tack för ditt betyg! Vad hände med bron? Jag önskar er en fantastisk sommar. Vi tyckte mycket om Trenta också.
Broen er blevet revet ned, var åbenbart gået meget i stykker. De et ved at bygge en helt ny😃

Bara en, tyvärr: R-20180620 | Magnificent mountains south-east of Trenta… väldigt fin, men rätt så svår, ~15km med mer än 1000m höjdskillnad! När vi var där, fanns det snö kvar, men det är två veckor senare nu, så det har kanske försvunnit nu.
Der er stadig så meget sne at vi ikke kan vandre oppe på Kanin, kun lige omkring liftstationen. Og liften er i øvrigt kun åben i weekenden🥴
