Itinerary description

From Acebuchal to Puerta Blanquilla via the "normal" route, passing the ruined Venta Cebollera. Then back to Venta Cebollera via a rather overgrown path which first reaches a minor col at PBA3 and then turns down the hillside to the south-west. At PBA4, it is necessary to descend rather than continue across the hillside and shortly before PBA6, there is a vaguely defined section of path which involves a very short scramble in the barranco (look for a cairn above you on the right after the scramble).

At PBA3, it might be possible to ascend directly towards the Ermita Calixto (this is what I was attempting originally) but I have not so far found a viable route for this.

Cairn on a minor col. A possible route to the Ermita Calixto may be in front, but I have not yet found it. Path descends gradually to the right.
