Itinerary description
This trail starts at Prohor Pčinjski medieval monastery. You have to ascent around 1000m from the starting point to the top. The top is actually three peaks on the ridge - Virovi, Srednji Kamen and Kitka. The lookout from the top(s) is magnificent! It is ascending through the forest, so there is a shadow almost all the time. 400m from the main path is Saint Prohor's dwelling cave, a really nice and moderated place with benches and mini-waterfall. The entire trail is around 8 hours long (it can be faster, it depends on your stamina).
