Circular route that climbs to the top of Prisojnik (2,547 mt.) or also known as Prisank, within the Triglav National Park (Slovenian Julian Alps).
To start we have to leave the mountain pass Vršič Pass, popularly known as the road of 50 turns that connects the towns of Kranjska Gora with Trenta. The fact of starting at 1620 mt. it helps us a lot to do this peak in a short time, but to climb most of the most relevant peaks in Slovenia you have to overcome an average difference in altitude of 1600 mt. The highest peak is Triglav with 2,864 mt.
As soon as we start we find a restaurant where we can have a very good lunch, at a good price, once we've reached the top. The path is very obvious and well marked. We will go up the path that comes closest to the ridge of the north side, where we will find many sections equipped to ensure the most exposed steps, even if they are of low difficulty. It is highly recommended to wear a helmet for safety. We will go down the normal ascent path where we will also find sections equipped for safety.
In general I think the difficulty is moderate or even difficult for hikers who are not used to sections equipped with narrow or aerial places, other than that the whole trail is spectacular. Highly recommended and relatively easy peak.
