Itinerary description
Excellent Coastal Loopwalk on Australias 'Kangaroo Coast'. The coastal section with isolated beaches reminds of Abel Tasman in New Zealand, the inland art of the track is through bushland and rainforest. Kangaroos garantueed! The coastal part can only be done 2hrs on each side of low tide and is not marked, use caution especially with small children! Track starts and ends at Pebbly Beach in Murramarang NP, easy to reach from Princes Highway north of Batemans Bay. Great place to camp nearby is Durras Beach Kangaroo Wilderness Camp www.durrasnorthpark.com.au or www.camping-in-australien.de
