Itinerary description

The starting point was easy to find on Waze App. The trail progresses uphill nicely with some beautiful view points until you get to the Kyparissia Peak. Stunning views from there where you can see Yermasoyia Lake, Salt Lake and the sea from both sides of the Akrotiri peninsula. The way back takes you through a scenic downhill with a narrowish trail. At the fork there is a little bridge and then an hphill climb for a couple of kilometers; the final wpart will be a leisurely downhill walk back to the car.

Overall I preferred this trail to the one that approached Kyparissia Peak from Finikaria. The views are a bit better and the uphills are not as intense, but it's still a good workout if you maintain a decent pace.
