Itinerary description
Este percurso marcado é realmente interessante e atravessa paisagens do Douro bastante desconhecidas. Há um pequeno problema, mais ao menos a meio existem duas cancelas a impedir a passagem apesar de o percurso estar marcado nesse mesmo local.
É necessário saltar porque estão fechadas (1,8m).
Muito bom este percurso. Marcado mas tenham atenção em alguns locais é um pouco mais dificil de seguir, mas existem marcas, só estar mais atento!

I Have done this tour a few days ago. And the gates are supposed to enclosure animals. The trail is a marque trail and should be always open to public. (just a way to go hover the fence was enought, or even a sign that obligates the opening and closure of the gate.
It is suppose to be one area for animals, but the fence was wrongly made has it close the way. It had to be made just at the other side of the trail, no one would be bother! Like this is not possible without jumping the fence.
I will make a letter to the autorities of Tabuaço to explain this matter.

we did this walk in october (how you can see http://de.wikiloc.com/wikiloc/view.do?id=12094440) and "oops!" :a big javali (wild boar?) crossed our way inside the closed area.
We were relieved, that (dispite dor and fence were intakt) it was not so difficult to climb over the second gate.

It is true the second fence is easier.
Javali is a wild Boar. But if is the case the trail shouldn't going inside the fence area. It can be dangerous!!! even life thretning!!!
