Itinerary description

Good breakfast from 7.30am. Left at 8am.

TRACK
Straight forward and well marked trails. Leave hotel to the left and return to Av. Banhos. Turn right and go along coast. Café Mar do Norte at 6.3km from hotel.
Next stop is the Igreja Matriz de Apúlia which is located just before Fão and has stamp.Toilets located next to church and also after church on your left.
Fão is small village with places to eat. Had lunch in June at café do careca (closed 1st fortnight in September). However had lunch in Esposende as arrived at 12.15pm, at a cafe with esplanade by the water, snack type meals, just 50-100m before Hotel.

ACCOMMODATION
Hotel Suave Mar has good rooms and outdoor pool. Meal this time was very good, wine galore, great entrees, good fish and chicken filled with alheira on a bed of veggies, lasagna nice but again dried. Mentioned lasagna to pleasant Sr. Vitor (manager, short, thin and bald) and also employee. All good overall.
