Itinerary description
Nice trail starting off in Platres next to Psilo Dendro. Mostly shaded, with a good elevation gain.
We did it at a normal pace with resting time. The first part (first 70minutes) is mostly uphill until you reach the peak..there are no steep uphill parts but a steady ongoing elevation until you reach the top. Pleasant and just what is needed for a good cardio workout.
The second part -way down- is much easier and faster.
Could be done anytime of the year. This timing was perfect.
Advisable for the physically fit only, endurance is key to reach the peak.
