Itinerary description
The track follows the old medieval route between Marvão and Castelo de Vide (red and yellow signs). It's a peaceful stage with some nice views. From Castelo de Vide to Nisa you walk on main road, with the purpose of cutting down on km's because of the heat. A more scenic option to the main road is to follow the GR14 for parts of the stage. There's a nice lake at Barragem de Povoa.
