Itinerary description
1/3rd is difficult technically and physically without a clear way to climb. Otherwise the 2/3rd are easier with beautiful view on the ocean and the Arrábida park

Very nice trail, some parts you have to climb a little but, could be a little hard if you are not used to hiking on this type of terrain. Overall it was really nice!

I have done it the other way around twice, I have to try it the right way still. But nonetheless not very difficult except the beginning/end, where theirs some climbing but I think we went the wrong way. Really great to do during the winter season, really hot during summer. Try to go early and on a sunny day, less fun when you have to it in the dark on a rainy day, as I did it once. :)
I wonder if this trail is still accessible. Massive amounts of fencing have been installed, blocking many trails. And roads are closed to traffic on many roads this summer as well.
