Itinerary description
Technically easy hike up from a public car park at the back of Port Louis. Trail can easily be found but it is worthwhile to check the logs at crossings as there are not many natural signs. Only the last 50m are steep and might be troubling for hikers with fear of heights. It can be quite windy on the top - see pic. Can be done as trail run up in 1:30h.

I followed the trail in May 2022. It is mainly a very long walk in the woods. The main problem that starting from a turn at -20.190006, 57.516296 is impossible to walk and I started almost crawling since the forest became too dense. After 10-15 mins I gave up and returned. It looks like this trail is not used anymore starting from that point. I recommend to summit La Pouce from Moka side.
