An amazing course
We stayed at the Yane Sadanski hut. Cost 20 leva per night
The snow started before Spano Pole.
For our ascent to the top we had no problem
We just had to bypass the well known scrub trees of the Pirin.
The descent from the summit to the lake was the highlight of the trip
We were going down the slope in bulk. Grapples and ice axes are essential
Maybe I should have done the reverse course, i.e. from the lake I went up to the top and not the other way around.
