Itinerary description
Parking next to l'Auberge de Pont de Nant. Follow the signs to la Cabane Plan Névé. From la cabane follow the white-blue-white trail that climbs the cliffs to Gros Sex then the along the ridge towards Col des Chamois. Most of the difficult parts are nicely equipped with wire rope. Descent in the direction of col des Essets, marked white-blue-white is not complicated if you can walk around the snow (of which there was pretty significant quantity in September). Easy walk back from Col des Essets.
