Η πεζοπορία διοργανώθηκε από τον ορειβατικό σύλλογο Καλαμάτας (ΕΟΣ ΚΑΛΑΜΑΤΑΣ). Η διαδρομή ξεκινάει μετά το χωριό Χαραυγή στο παρκινγκ, έξω από το αναψυκτήριο. Κατηφορίζοντας για λίγο και μπαίνουμε στο Πολύλίμνιο. Από εδώ και πέρα το τοπίο είναι μικροί καταρράκτες, λίμνες και γεφύρια μέχρι το μεγάλο καταρράκτη. Στη συνέχεια, το μονοπάτι έχει μερικά δύσκολα περάσματα (προσοχή! Μόνο με κλειστό παπούτσι) μέχρι τη Μαυρόλίμνη. Επιστροφή από την ίδια διαδρομή.

The hike was organized by the Kalamata Mountaineering Association (EOS KALAMATAS). The route starts after the village of Haravgi in the parking outside the refreshment station. Descending for a while and we enter Polylimnio. From here the scenery is small waterfalls, lakes and bridges until the big waterfall. The path then has some difficult passages (caution! Only with closed shoes) to Mavrolimni. Return by the same route.
