Itinerary description
Easy trail, quite challenging at the begging. It’s the opposite of the normal trail in Ferret balcony… but if you don’t find the right bus to reach the end of Ferret valley it could be a nice alternative!!
You can see Mont Blanc and the top of Grandes Jorasses and also many glaciers. Following the path, after about two hours and three quarters you will arrive at a refuge, a place where you can stop. Inside you can find a bar where you can have lunch and drinks. After the refuge there is a downhill part that lasts forty minutes, after there is the bus stop that goes to Courmayeur. The bus is usually full and may not even stop. The bus comes every half hour but there are benches to wait on.
