Itinerary description
A good path to follow most of the way but some ridges and drops that some may not like. At mile 3 the decent is very tricky so I have graded the walk as difficult. Walking poles would help for about one mile at the point. A bench at mile 5 was very welcome for lunch

Did a trail run on this course. Nice loop with really nice views along the coast. Some technical descents with loose rocks (and steep in some areas) so make sure to have proper trail running (or hiking) shoes.

An excellent and varied route. Very beautiful views. Dangerous in places, because... sharp slopes on both sides of the path and loose soil.
