Itinerary description
Amazing hike through the forests, passing Puente del Dios (need to pay entrance fee). You can get from Jalpan to Pinal de Amoles by public bus, and you can get from Escanelilla back to Jalpan by public bus as well. The trail is not very clear and there are many splits, so make sure you have enough battery to follow the whole trail on Wikiloc if you don't want to get lost. When going through the Puente del Dios, you will have wade knee deep through water for about 10 meters (possibly deeper after a rain).
