Itinerary description
Done on a sunny day with regular walking pace and frequent small breaks for pics.
Would take approx 3h if done with NO breaks and good pace (average young man in ok shape).
Possibility to cut the walk in half by taking the cable railway from Alpnachstad to Ämsingen. Then do the nicest part of the hike from Ämsingen to Pilatus.

How is the quality of the paths on this route ?
It is pretty good in the summer. You can see it on one of the pics I took. It is quite steep though, so more for those who enjoy hiking.
