Itinerary description

Route through several peaks of the Bucegi Mountains, in Bușteni.
There is the option of going up from the town itself by cable car, but you only save 2.5km and it costs €40 round trip, so it seems totally unnecessary to me.
From the parking lot that I left, you have to pay €10 to access the park, there is a guard controlling the main access road; Although since I didn't have cash at the time, he was nice and let me pass without paying hahaha.
The route does not have a very significant gradient, but from Cabana Bábele (where the cable car arrives) it becomes an increasingly technical route. Without a doubt the worst part is the crest to Omu Peak. Once you get down from that area, towards Caraiman Peak the terrain becomes easier again.
The views from these peaks are all impressive, I think they are my favorites of all the ones we did in the Carpathians.
I recommend this area 200%.
