    Trilha longa com somente um ponto de agua que fica antes da metade do caminho. Se o tempo estiver aberto se proteja, use protetor roupas com proteção, leve água o suficiente para a ida e volta e alimentos leves como fruta. No mais, o restante depende da sua condição e preparo.
