Pic Cap Roux Esterel Le Trayas

After first following an asphalt road, you should take at right a stoney path leading to the mountain La Mediterrannee. Follow the gps track carefully since there us no signage. You are turning left around Pic Cap Roux and arrive at 250 meters altitude at La Mediterrannee. From there you are descending until a crossing of various paths and climb to the Chapel and further to the Pic Cap Roux at 450 meters where you have marvellous views. The you descend by the right side of Cap Roux where there are nany stone avalanches The path is turning left passing Cap Roux at the front side and you make a very long descent. Finally you return and follow a slowly climbing wide path until there us a split where you take the left that leads to the asphalt road from where you started.

It is a very nice route, sometimes covered with many rocks
