Itinerary description
This is a beautiful hike. You can divide it to two. The first is a moderate uphill to a view point over Phelps Lake and then downhill to the lake. It’s great for taking a break or swim. The second part is more strenuous. Uphill from the lake to Death Canyon. The views along the way are beautiful. Some Moose are present too.
