Itinerary description
The tour begins at Lake Petnja. It goes near the church of St. Peter (from the first half of the 15th century, Gothic) and continues across the Vidovo brdo hill (380 m) to the 400-year-old oak tree "Papa hrast" (276 m). On the way back to Petnja Lake you will go to the "Pljuskara" area with 2 waterfalls, 3 springs, 2 caves and a mountain hut. Lake Petnja can be reached by car and has plenty of parking space. In the villages before the lake (Sibinj and Završje) you can find grocery stores, a post office and a doctor. The trail is perfect for the whole family in all seasons, as well as for cyclists and if you go with a dog.

Medium difficult hiking trail in the hills that generally goes by marked hiking route. The trail lead you through the beautifull wooded hills, near the old church, lake, streams, caves. Nature is beautiful, filled with flowers, butterflies, birds, animals, insects. In the summertime, when vegetation is lush, hiking marks are often lost, so it is advisable to have a map and a compass and/or GPS device. This route is close to Slavonski Brod and is easily accessible.
