Itinerary description

Facile percorso molto piacevole con un bel panorama. Partenza dal parcheggio asfaltato di San Giovanni di Sinis, all'andata abbiamo preso il sentiero a destra che passa per la torre di avvistamento ed arriva sino al faro di Capo San Marco. Arrivati al faro abbiamo provato a percorrere il giro ad anello sul lato occidentale del promontorio, ma il sentiero era interrotto. Tornati indietro, abbiamo preso la vecchia strada di accesso verso le costruzioni presenti sul lato orientale, sino a ricongiungerci con il sentiero principale già percorso. Bei panorami e bei colori. Odore di primavera con le ginestre in fiore.

Very pleasant easy route with a beautiful view. Departure from the asphalted car park of San Giovanni di Sinis, on the way out we took the path to the right that passes through the watchtower and reaches the Capo San Marco lighthouse. Arriving at the lighthouse we tried to walk the loop on the western side of the promontory, but the path was interrupted. Returning back, we took the old access road towards the buildings on the eastern side, until we rejoin the main path already traveled. Beautiful views and beautiful colors.The smell of spring with the gorse in bloom.
