Itinerary description

A long hike connecting multiple trails. Not for beginners or those who arent comfortable with remote trails. We started at Penang Hill and walked just past Monkey Cup Café where you go upstairs to Rain Guage 7 and start the off-road trails. This route connects to Western Hill, sliding over to the Batu F trails connectors and passing RG 18 and 19, then branching to connect the ridgeline to the Bukit Batu Ferrenghi peak. From there we dropped down on a relatively new trail to the Sungai Kelian below right near the major washout. From there we followed the Sungai Kelian trail out to the paved Guillemard water station road and back in Tanjung Bungah.
