Itinerary description
A short hike to Pellumba Cave, one of the biggest caves in Albania. Bring sturdy boots, flashlights, and a tripod. The cave is 380 meter long and one could spend many hours here. The hike to the cave is about one hour each way. The trail is well marked and secured, but passes some serious drops!

I have been in the cave today. The huge rooms in the cave are amazing. At the end there lives a big popolation of bats, so the ground is kinda slippery. We switches of our lamps and stopped talking for about 10 minutes to enjoy the sound of the bats mixed up with falling waterdrops - a very special experience we enjoyed very much.
