Πήλιο: Χάνια -Προφήτης Ηλίας-Καταρράκτης Πλακωτούρας (κυκλική) Pelion: Hania-Profitis Elias-Plakotoura (circular)

Η διαδρομή αυτή χρησιμοποιεί δυο νέα μονοπάτια (Προφήτης Ηλίας-Πλακωτούρα και 1ο Πάρκινγκ-καλντερίμι Ζαγοράς). -Ξεκινούμε από το 1ο πάρκινγκ του Χιονοδρομικού κέντρου στα Χάνια και ακολουθούμε κατηφορικό μονοπάτι που φεύγει αριστερά μας όπως φθάνουμε στο πάρκιν. Στην αρχή ειναι για 20 μέτρα καλντερίμι. Πιο πέρα διασχίζουμε τον κύριο δρόμοκαι ανηφορίζοντας στην άλλη όχθη συναντούμε το καλντερίμι Ζαγοράς-Χανίων στο σημείο όπου υπάρχει βανδαλισμένος στύλος ( η διαδρομή έχει σήμανση με κόκκινη μπογιά). Κατηφορίζοντας στο καλντερίμι φθάνουμε στον Προφήτη Ηλία, όπου θα κάνουμε στάση. Φεύγοντας πάμε αριστερά (κατηφορικά) στην άσφαλτο και πάνω στη φουρκέτα που κάνει πάμε ευθεία σε χωματόδρομο. Πιο πέρα ο δρόμος τελειώνει και συνεχίζει μονοπάτι, που μας κατεβάζει στον καταρράκτη της Πλακωτούρας. Από εκεί ακολουθούμε το μονοπάτι των Καταρρακτών ανηφορίζοντας, για να φθάσουμε πίσω στο 1ο πάρκινγκ. Καθαρός χρόνος πορείας 3 ώρες και 10 λεπτά, με τις στάσεις περίπου 4 ώρες. This walk uses two new path sections, which give the opportunity to create a circular walk. One path connects the Plakotoura waterfall with the main road, at the level of Prophitis Ilias chapel. The other one was used in the past by those going from Zagora or Makrirrachi to Agios Lavrentios, making the route shorter as they didn`t have to pass through Hania. - We start from the 1st parking lot of the Ski center of Chania and we follow the path that goes to the left as we come to the parking lot. At the beginning there are 20 m. of kalderimi. Further on, we cross the main road and join the kalderimi Hania-Zagora at the point where there is a vandalized signpost (the route is marked with red paint). Descending we reach Prophet Ilias chapel, where we will have a stop. Leaving, we go left (downhill) on the asphalt and on the hairpin we go straight ahead on a dirt road. Further on, the road ends and a path continues, which takes us down to the Plakotoura waterfall. From there we follow the path of the Waterfalls going uphill, to return back to the 1st parking lot. Walking time 3 hours and 10 minutes, with stops around 4 hours.
